Openstream conducts live webcast for HVAC industry: "Improve Productivity, Performance and Profitability with Mobile Technology" |

| Somerset, NJ, Sept 30, 2009 - Openstream, Motorola and IBM organized a live webcast for the benefit of the HVACR industry. Around 300 HVACR contractors throughout the country attended the webcast and learned how mobile technology could be used to improve productivity, performance and profitability in their organizations. Theo Etzel, President, Conditioned Air and John Pomerleau, Vice President, Motorola Enterprise Mobility Solutions presented trends in mobile technology and how mobile technology can impact organizations from the front-end to the field. Wade Mayfield, President, Thermal Services, Inc. shared his personal experiences from implementing Openstream’s Mobile Force Automation (MoFA) solution. He explained how MoFA has helped him to improve bottom-line, increase technician productivity, improve cash flow, improve inventory control and raise customer satisfaction levels in his organization Frank Steinocher, CIO, Shumate Air Conditioning & Heating Company shared real-life case history from Shumate Air Conditioning & Heating of Duluth, Georgia. He talked about how Shumate used Openstream’s MoFA to create a new level of productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction for their company.
